Bruno Senna and his management have been in touch with Williams F1 for 2012

Adrian Sutil is also talking to Williams and now comes news that the Brazilian is also in talks.
Bruno Senna talks to

"Of course I’m working hard and trying to find the best solution possible, but so far nothing is certain. There is still a lot of work to be done, so hopefully I can get a good seat.

We’ve been in touch with them (Williams) and quite a few other teams as well (about a 2012 seat).

I’m sure there will be, but it has to be the right one as well. If there is no (Friday practice) driving involved in that then there is no point in doing it.  But hopefully that won’t be the case and I will get to be driving a decent car."

Jarno Trulli (Caterham F1) We'll begin to show what we're capable of in the races & score our maiden points

La Repubblica

"Things are getting really promising. We'll finally have the KERS that we didn't have last year, that's a big help. I remember when I didn't have it at Toyota, it was a problem that made the difference.

The team's technical structure will improve too. New engineers are coming in all of the time and the hiring of John Iley (from McLaren) confirms the team's ambitions.

I don't want to say I'm going to win races but I think the ambition to leave the group of new teams and to get into the midfielders one is realistic. We'll begin to show what we're capable of in the races and score our maiden points."

"Williams has right ingredients to produce successful F1 car." says Mike Coughlan

Formula 1 HQ
Williams: We can build a fast car every year. Williams technical director Mike Coughlan has said his team has...
team's official magazine.

"The facilities here are absolutely first-rate, and the only thing we haven't done is utilised them correctly.
There has been a forensic look at what we've been doing wrong and where we need to improve, and we've come to the conclusion that some strategic errors were made in the past.
We've identified the key elements we need to put in place, not just for next season but forever, to make a successful car every year.
"We need both performance and reliability as those factors in unison are what win you races and championships, and we feel that we're now moving in the right direction.
"The car is slated to be delivered to the race shop in mid-January and we'll be ready to go to the first test in early February.
The aim is that by the end of January, all the parts that can possibly have been verified have been, and the track testing is purely a verification of that work.
There should be enough mileage on the major parts so that if the car stops on track with a fundamental problem, it comes as a surprise. Other than that the testing will focus on improving reliability and the overall aerodynamic performance of the car.
As we stand at the moment our gearbox and engine installation programme has finished and been tested on the dyno, and will run twice more before Christmas to have covered in excess of 6,000km. All of the rear suspension has been completed so we'll also run that as well.
The first chassis is completed with a second one not far behind, and we'll shortly start our FIA crash test programme, and all of those tests have been passed already in private testing.

We now have a fully-defined car that will be used for system checks, it has a reasonable improvement in downforce and will carry all of the systems that will enable us to go to the first test and be launched. Our aim is then to have an upgraded car for the final pre-season test."

Nico Hulkenberg confirmed as Sahara Force India driver joining Paul de Resta

"I'm obviously delighted to be staying with Sahara Force India and to be given the chance to race next year. It wasn't easy to watch from the sidelines this season, but I did my best to help the team and show what I was capable of.

I'm extremely motivated for 2012 and would like to thank everyone for believing in me and giving me this chance. I'm keen to get down to work over the winter to develop our new car and help the team build on this year's achievements. The first test in Jerez can't come soon enough."
Vijay Mallya

"I think Paul caught the eye of everybody in the pitlane during his rookie season. His speed, maturity and racecraft confirmed that we were right to believe in him and we look forward to working with him again next year.

As for Nico, we identified him as a rising star at the end of 2010 and chose to evaluate him during the course of this season. Despite having only limited time in the car, he convinced us that he deserved a race seat for 2012."

Jaime Alguersuari surprised by Scuderia Toro Rosso's decision to change both of its drivers for 2012

"A week ago I talked with Helmut Marko and Franz Tost and they told me that they had plans for me with a view to 2012. They did it with enthusiasm and showed me much confidence, they also asked me to be in Madrid on Monday, for a day with (sponsor) CEPSA where I talked about our F1 project in 2012.

I thought that they were crazy making me debut in 2009 at 19 years and three months, without ever having completed a mile in F1 before. Today's news seemed like the greatest misunderstanding during the best moment of my sporting life.

Red Bull gave me everything since I was 15.  I've trained with them and I'm a complete driver in F1 now. I'm not a victim, because for seven years I have enjoyed the privilege of being in the best team in the world with the best resources.

I do not consider what happened is a tragedy, because I have many plans for the present and future: both professionally and sporting. The surprise lasted for a couple of hours, I just needed to talk to my family. I was watching the street in Madrid, and I realized that life is full of opportunities and challenges.

When I came to Barcelona on the AVE (train) and read the newspapers, they pointed out that there are five million unemployed in Spain. We can only return to this country with confidence and optimism, thinking of fighting and improving every day. And that's what I will do from tomorrow, I promise to all the fans and I appreciate their support."

Adrian Sutil has openly admitted that he is in talks with Williams

Formula 1 Updates

Adrian Sutil has openly admitted that he is in talks with Williams but nothing can be confirmed over his 2012 drive as of yet

"Yes, certainly there have been talks with several teams, but nothing is signed yet," Sutil told Speed-Magazin.

"Williams is certainly one of the teams that still have a place. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the discussions. But we hope to have a decision by mid-December."
To go without a drive next year would be a massive blow for Sutil, particularly as he feels he enjoyed a strong season.
"It was my best season in F1 and I reached my goal of establishing myself in the top ten," he said.
"When I sit down and make my goals for 2012, the objective must of course be to finish better than ninth. But unfortunately that also depends on the car. "

Despite outscoring team-mate Paul di Resta - who admittedly was in his debut season - by fifteen points, the 28-year-old admits that it was hard work topping the Briton.
"Yes, in the end I beat Paul in all areas, but it was hard work. He did a great job and challenged me throughout the year. Whether he is set to stay (at Force India) or not, I cannot say because I don't know about Paul's contract."

Heikki Kovalainen has admitted a return to a 'winning' team could be on the agenda for the not-too-distant future

"I have had to set my goals again," Kovalainen told German automobile magazine Auto Motor und Sport. "Each race was an opportunity for me to show my potential as a driver.

"My goal is to grow with Team Lotus (renamed Caterham), but at the same time I want to show the paddock that the new Kovalainen is different from the one who previously drove for Renault and McLaren.

"So then I’ll be ready for the ‘big day’, when a place becomes available in a top team. It interests me already, how much I could have done in a winning car. I think there would be some surprised people."

This week he has rejected recent speculation that, despite his 2012 contract, he might be set to immediately defect from Caterham to Lotus (nee Renault) 'Grosjean being named as the second driver
